**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience staffing project teams, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
+ Experience with capacity planning models.
+ Experience in staffing and forecasting in fractional staffing models.
+ Experience building dashboards in BI tools.
