Capital Power is recruiting an HR Tech Operations Lead to enhance our People Systems. This hybrid position is headquartered in Edmonton and leads HCM transformations.
As the HR Tech Operations Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing the functionality and ongoing improvement of our People Systems (HCM). This role entails overseeing system operations, coordinating with vendors, and leading a talented team of Workday Specialists. Your contributions will ensure compliance and drive project delivery aligned with organizational goals.
