As the Captain, you will conduct safe multi-crew operations while navigating the complexities of northern terrain. You will ensure compliance with operational regulations while delivering exceptional flight performance in challenging weather. Collaborating closely with dispatch and ground teams will enhance flight safety and service reliability in remote communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all flight phases with a focus on safety
• Manage flights to short, gravel runways precisely
• Establish high CRM standards and mentor crew
• Make informed decisions based on weather and route
• Perform detailed threat assessments and prepare for flights
Requirements:
• Total experience of 4,000 flight hours
• 2,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command
• Required DHC-7 Type Rating
