Job Description

  • Organize, supervise and train all service personnel in the restaurant with a view to providing quick and personalized food and beverage service to guests.
  • Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
  • Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
  • Ensures that hotel brand standards and SOPs are consistently implemented.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

  • 04 to 06 Years of Experience in relevant Field
  • Minimum Intermediate required or relevant diploma
  • Hospitality Background
  • Strong knowledge about customer services
