Job Description
- Organize, supervise and train all service personnel in the restaurant with a view to providing quick and personalized food and beverage service to guests.
- Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
- Ensures that hotel brand standards and SOPs are consistently implemented.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
- 04 to 06 Years of Experience in relevant Field
- Minimum Intermediate required or relevant diploma
- Hospitality Background
- Strong knowledge about customer services
