As part of the Business Development team, the Capture Manager oversees complex bid management and execution, working on high-stakes opportunities. You will harness your 15 years of experience in aerospace and defence to lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop competitive strategies, and ensure compliance within CAE’s Lead-to-Award framework. Strong communication skills and business acumen are vital for collaboration across executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the capture team to design winning solutions
• Develop opportunity-specific pursuit strategies
• Create and execute Capture Management Plans
• Advise commercial and subcontractor teams to support objectives
• Maintain communication with corporate stakeholders
