Working hours: 11am - 8pm Mon to Sat
Salary: $2,500 - $2,800
Experience from automotive will be added advantage
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist with selecting car care products and accessories.
- Provide basic advice on lubricants, car maintenance items, and accessories.
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and simple maintenance tips.
- Assist and guide customers on using digital payments and loyalty features.
- Recommend fuels, promotions, and car care services.
- Handle customer inquiries on car care, car wash, and servicing options.
- Assist customers with booking car servicing appointments.
- Work closely with station staff, retailers, and operators.
- Perform windscreen cleaning, wiper checks, and wiper replacements.
- Conduct basic checks for ICE, Hybrid, and EV vehicles (fluids, battery health, tyre tread).
