Key Activities & Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel for the Client co‑brand credit card from application start to card issuance and first transaction.
- Analyse approval and decline data to identify key drivers impacting application success rates and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with the Client’s banking partner’s credit risk and operations teams to improve approval outcomes while remaining compliant with regulatory and policy constraints.
- Partner with Client product, UX, and marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and reduce friction in digital acquisition flows.
- Monitor acquisition performance on a daily and weekly basis and produce actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support acquisition campaigns, growth initiatives, and seasonal demand peaks to maximise funded card volumes.
