- Provide high-quality support to the Banking Operations Team, focusing on Card and Loan Operations.
- Handle processing tasks, including Chargeback, Retrieval, Representments, Pre-arbitration, Arbitration, Pre-Compliance, and Compliance, using internal bank systems or Card Association platforms.
- Ensure efficient resolution of transactional and operational issues, tracking them through to completion while maintaining agreed service levels.
- Assist in testing and implementing system and process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Adhere to processing KPIs, SLAs, and comply with operational controls and external regulations.
- Provide support for other operational products as needed.
- A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Card Operations within a banking environment preferred.
