Job Description
  • Provide high-quality support to the Banking Operations Team, focusing on Card and Loan Operations.
  • Handle processing tasks, including Chargeback, Retrieval, Representments, Pre-arbitration, Arbitration, Pre-Compliance, and Compliance, using internal bank systems or Card Association platforms.
  • Ensure efficient resolution of transactional and operational issues, tracking them through to completion while maintaining agreed service levels.
  • Assist in testing and implementing system and process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
  • Adhere to processing KPIs, SLAs, and comply with operational controls and external regulations.
  • Provide support for other operational products as needed.
Requirements
  • A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
