Key Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor and control mainframe SIT & UAT batch jobs accordingly.
- Ensure SIT & UAT batch processing completes within defined SLAs and cutoff times.
- Monitor job execution using mainframe scheduling & monitoring tools such as Control‑M.
- Identify, analyze and resolve batch job failures (job abends, restart issues) and data dependency problems.
- Perform job restarts, reruns and recovery procedures based on documented runbooks and approvals.
- Manage input/output datasets, file transfers and dependencies between batch jobs and upstream/downstream systems.
