Job Description

The role of Care and Support Assistant will include:
Delivering sensitive care and expert support to our customers

Encouraging resident integration and inclusion into the community

Promoting a positive culture by engaging with residents to prevent social isolation

Promoting safe practices and undertaking risk assessments

Managing and implementing safeguarding principles to ensure the safety of our customers

Sleep-ins (as and when required)

General cleaning and cooking

Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
Skills and experiences:
Personalised approach to care, ideally with experience of working in a similar, care related role

Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude

Strong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracy
