An exciting opportunity has arisen for a role as a Level 3 Care and Support worker (Days and Waking Nights) within our Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion.
These roles will work on a rolling rota, covering day and night shifts, supporting the needs of the service.
These roles will support the Registered and Assistant Manager and staff, providing care and support in registered settings.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a child centred approach to practice, have a solid career history in children’s residential care, or similar care and support provision.
