This opportunity would also suit a Complex Care Coordinator or Care Scheduling Coordinator looking for greater variety and long-term progression. As a Care Coordinator , you'll work across office and community settings, supporting children and adults with complex healthcare needs. You'll be joining a busy and established service delivering more than 8,000 hours of care each week, with no on-call responsibilities during your first 12 weeks.
