Reports To: Care Coordinator, Senior Care Worker, or Registered Manager
Purpose of the Role
To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans, promoting independence, dignity, choice, privacy, and wellbeing while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities


Personal Care

  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Support with mobility and transferring using approved moving and handling techniques.

  • Assist with eating and drinking where required.

  • Deliver care and support in line with individual care plans and risk assessments.
