Care Worker Driver – Domiciliary Care | Hillingdon

CCS Homecare Services is recruiting Care Worker Drivers to support elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes across the London Borough of Hillingdon.

This is a community-based role, travelling between clients to provide person-centred care, companionship and practical support. No experience is required as full paid training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes across Hillingdon to deliver care and support.
• Provide personal care, medication support and help with daily living tasks.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Offer companionship and practical household support.
• Complete accurate care records and report concerns promptly.
