Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a caretaker in the Hull/East Riding area for one of our partner schools. This is a 25‑hour per week role, with salary Grade 5, SCP 8‑13, £18,124 to £19,638 per annum. The role is suitable for a candidate who can start ASAP and has the potential to become permanent.

The working pattern can be negotiated at interview stage, but the role must include either an early start at 6 am, a later finish at 6 pm or a split‑shift arrangement.

This school is located around the Hull and is most easily accessible via car or public transport. There is a large onsite car park for those candidates who do drive.

This role would be perfect for someone who would like to begin, retain or further develop a career in facilities management. A qualification in Health and Safety is an advantage, but training can be provided if not currently held.
