Carpenter Foreman (All Phases) - Commercial Construction (Denver Metro)

We are hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a long-term opportunity with a general contractor that values growth, strong leadership, and doing things the right way.

Projects:

• Ground-up + tenant improvements
• K-12, hospitals, hotels, multifamily, assisted living

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a crew of 3-10 carpenters on active job sites
• Work as a tools-on foreman (not just paperwork)
• Read and interpret blueprints, layout work, and direct daily tasks
• Oversee carpentry scope from start to completion
• Ensure clean, organized, and safe job sites
