We have an outstanding Contract position for aCarpenterto join a leading Company located in theWashington, DCsurrounding area.
Pay Rate: $35 - $60 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and repair building woodwork and equipment: bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors, drywall, patching, painting, ceiling tle replacement, carpentry support, small projects and repairs, job site prep / cleanup , material handling, basic repairs, building protection, framing, and assisting skilled trades.
+ Plan and lay out work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions.
+ Use a variety of carpentry hand tools, portable power tools, and standard measuring instruments.
+ Make shop computations to determine work dimensions and select necessary materials.
+ Deliver reliable, high-quality maintenance services that enhance client operations and safety.
