WPS has an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division , working specifically on VOID properties as part of a busy social housing contract. Based from our Walton-on-Thames office, you'll help bring empty homes back to a high standard for new residents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out repair, renewal, and reinstatement works within void properties.
• Completing a variety of carpentry and multi-trade tasks to prepare homes for re‑let.
• Advising your Supervisor when additional trades are required.
• Working independently or alongside other operatives to complete void refurbishments.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing tasks completed and materials used.
