This is not a traditional finance role. You’ll work directly with the CFO and play a key role in supporting the group’s shareholder structures, international entities, tax obligations, and property portfolio management within a dynamic insurance environment. The business is looking for someone who can combine technical excellence with commercial thinking, discretion, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Focus Areas Insurance-Focused Financial & Tax Oversight Manage reporting, compliance, and tax administration across multiple entities Support governance and regulatory obligations within a short-term insurance framework Prepare and review management accounts and financial reporting packs Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations Monitor financial performance, fund flows, and reporting accuracy Shareholder Trust & Offshore Entity Management Oversee trust administration and annual financial reporting processes Liaise with trustees...Apply for This Position
