Position Summary

The Case Manager is responsible for helping clients with re-entry and removing barriers so that their education and employment goals can be met—by focusing on their psychosocial and emotional well-being. This includes providing general assessments and overseeing appropriate interventions to address challenges such as housing instability, limited access to services, recovery needs, and mental health concerns.
