Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Available for all shifts Monday through Friday (7.5h)
  •  Perform all technical functions including electrocardiograms, Holter monitor hook-ups, exercise stress testing, phlebotomy and associated clerical work
  • Preceptor for Cardiovascular Technology students during clinical rotation

    • Job Qualifications

  • Must provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella and varicella (chicken pox) and proof of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Must provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing within the previous 12 months
  • Graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Technology Program preferred
  • Current registration with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists and the Cardiac Technologist Association of Ontario preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated computer skills with Cerner Radnet/ MUSE experience preferred
