Job Description

The Category Manager / Key Account Manager (Food & Beverage) is responsible to lead and manage the assigned category vertical (e.g., Food & Beverage) on the SM Malls Online platform, driving category growth through strategic planning, merchant and brand development, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to meet commercial targets and deliver a superior customer experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Category Strategy & Planning - develops and owns the annual and quarterly category roadmap for the assigned vertical (e.g., Food & Beverage); identifies growth opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends within the category; defines category assortment strategy, pricing guidelines, and promotional calendar; aligns category plans with overall commercial and platform objectives
