As our new Motor Insurance Category Manager, you will make an impact by:

  • Being the subject matter expert for all motor insurance products at UW
  • Managing product performance to ensure we deliver good customer outcomes whilst achieving the UW target financial results
  • Managing the product development and product governance processes, including delivering Annual Product Reviews and Fair Value Assessments
  • Working with the Product / Engineering squad to define the product roadmap
  • Being the point of escalation for all complex product queries, supporting our wider teams across customer service operations, compliance and technology
  • Managing insurance supplier relationships
  • Conducting market research and supporting the insurance strategy process
