Qualifications
- Commercial and project responsibility for purchasing of SiC (silicon carbide ) substrate and SiC devices for BOSCH semiconductors business sector
- Interface of BU and suppliers, responsible for strategic and operational topics
- Manage assigned suppliers and commodities with end-to-end ownership, from strategy execution to operational follow-up and issue closure
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and ensure price competitiveness
- Execute cost reduction and improvement initiatives with self-driven prioritization, structured tracking
- Drive sourcing, cost, and supplier performance initiatives, ensuring timely planning, execution, and measurable outcomes
- Own supplier performance management by anticipating risks, coordinating corrective actions, and following through until resolution
