Excel Recruitment is actively looking for experienced Catering Assistants for relief work in the Cork city & county location.
Your role involves the support and the delivery of high-quality food and customer service across various catering sites on a relief (as-needed) basis. We are looking for flexible staff available for mid week Monday – Friday shifts
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages

Set up and clear down service areas, including dining rooms and counters

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and service areas

Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times

Handle cash and operate tills where required

Follow all food safety, HACCP, and health & safety guidelines

Support stock rotation and basic inventor...
