We have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Manager to join our dynamic team at Antartex Village, Alexandria. As part of a forward-thinking business, youll play a key role in delivering an outstanding food and customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment.
Antartex Village is part of The Edinburgh Woollen Mill which is focused on delivering quality products, great value and excellent service levels. We are a major national retailer with over retail stores ranging from High Street stores, Garden Centre concessions, Tourist stores and larger format Destination Stores.
This role combines strong kitchen and front-of-house management with commercial leadership, requiring a hands-on manager with a passion for service, quality food presentation, and operational excellence.
