CCTV Operations Supervisor

Oversees the daily operations of the CCTV team, ensuring all systems are functional and personnel are well‑trained and evaluated. Handles investigations, prepares reports, and collaborates with other departments to improve security policies and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the protection of company assets and safety of personnel. The role involves performing both administrative and technical functions in supervising the CCTV Operations team including but not limited to:

• Supervises the daily shift operations of the CCTV Operations team
• Orients new CCTV Operations Personnel in assigned tasks and evaluates CCTV Operations Personnel's performance
• Prepares the weekly activity reports
• Participates in alignment meetings with other teams in the organization and present progress of CCTV operations projects (if any)
