Job Responsibilitie

• sAnalyze inpatient medical records to ensure clinical documentation accurately reflects patient severity, risk, and outcomes
• .Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to clarify documentation and support accurate DRG assignment
• .Identify documentation improvement opportunities and provide feedback to clinical staff
• .Apply knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRGs, and coding compliance guidelines
• .Perform accurate and timely assignment of ICD-10-CM/PCS codes based on thorough review of inpatient medical records
• .Ensure accurate DRG assignment for hospital reimbursement and compliance
