RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand/Enhancement Management
- Understand business requirement of store POS system: stakeholder identification; capture goals, pain points, and constraints
- Map as‑is/to‑be processes; identify gaps and impacts
- Coordinate with professional team for demands/enhancements delivery
- Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing.
- Coordination for post go-live issue fixing and validation
- Get feedback from market stakeholder for benefits.
Problem Management
- Monitor the trend of incident tickets and service request tickets, identify opportunity to deduct the number of tickets by problem resolution;
- Coordinate with professional team for problem resolution
- Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing.
