Job Description The CEMEX University (CXU) Analysts supports CXU in the design, development, and implementation of learning experiences in alignment with global business needs that help build strategic capabilities across the organization. 
Main Responsibilities Learning & Development 
Support SME and Global Business Leaders to ensure alignment of learning experience with the desired business capability. 
Actively participate in the Design, development, and deployment of new Learning Experiences. 
Provides advice in the design of new Learning Experiences fully leveraging our platforms, partners, and emerging technologies. 
Support in articulating the target learning personas and learning objectives.
