Talent Acquisition :
- Tracking Open positions, TATs, Ageing maintaining MIS, publishing weekly Dashboards
- Identifying the right source to hire for the right requirement
- Maintaining a balance between internal sourcing through portals, referrals as well as consultants.
- Weekly connects with all Stakeholders to share updates, give and get inputs for ensuring better outcomes
- Vendor Management – Negotiating Rates with consultancies, Identifying the right consultant for the relevant openings, contract creation, addendums, renewals, by liasioning with legal team.
- Liasioning with Marketing team for Linked In creatives and TA strategies
- Using Internal HRMS platforms to streamline the end to end hiring process
