In this role, you'll leverage your 4-8 years of project management experience to oversee various building developments. Facilitating strong relationships with clients, you will guide teams through complex projects while addressing technical and contractual challenges. Your expertise in project management methodologies and effective communication will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main client contact throughout projects
• Lead and manage large-scale traditional and innovative projects
• Represent client interests on all contractual matters
• Direct multi-discipline project teams
• Regularly report on project progress and updates
Requirements:
• 4-8 years of relevant project management experience
• Degree or diploma in engineering or related fields
