Be a vital part of the HCS Family Care Team as a Nurse Practitioner at the Green Bay Health Center in Springdale, Central Zone. This temporary position focuses on patient-centered, holistic care delivery.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessments and lead clinic operations while working with a collaborative healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
