• Accountable for the derivation and delivery of Barcelona's annual operations plan, ensuring that this is effectively communicated to all Departments.
• Attract, recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing team, ensuring effective division of work and adherence to local labour laws.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, maintaining strong communication and teamwork among staff.
• Collaborate with the local and global stakeholders to balance student support and academic integrity.
