Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Be responsible for the daily operations of the Centre. Plan, develop and implement the programme, curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment. Establish collaborative partnerships with parents, families, and staff for the children's development. Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance of the centre. Demonstrate knowledge of Centre's Mission, Vision, and Values, ECDA Licensing and SPARK requirements and other regulatory bodies and to ensure regulatory compliance/ Manage the budget and expenditures at the centre. Build positive morale and a highly competitive team. Collaborate partnership with stakeholders Maintain a healthy enrolment rate Prepare monthly reports and other relevant documents required by Management Ensure the Centre meets Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by ECDA Any other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
