As a CEO and Product Innovator, you will take the reins in launching and managing your venture within the Human Agency studio. You will establish the standards for evaluating and scaling initiatives while fostering an environment of accountability. Your passion for creating products and strong sales skills will drive this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and run a venture from inception to market
• Define evaluation and funding processes for ventures
• Oversee weekly syncs to ensure venture success
• Convince stakeholders to support your vision
• Embed AI across all venture projects as a foundational element
Requirements:
• Proven background as a founder, CEO, or product leader
• Strong sales DNA with impactful communication skills
• Hands-on experience using AI in product development
