The position carries full P&L accountability and leadership across the entire mining lifecycle, from exploration and development to production and optimization.
Key responsibilities
Include managing relationships with government entities and joint-venture partners, ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance, driving operational efficiency, leading capital investment decisions, and promoting strong HSE and ESG standards.
The role requires extensive experience leading large-scale mining operations within regulated and state-partnered environments, with strong expertise in mining operations, financial management, governance, and organizational leadership.
