Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic teamplayers to join our team as a Certified Industrial Electrician in Bathurst, New Brunswick.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a safe and efficient manner while following all health and safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols.
• Identify health and safety issues and hazards to maintain a safe workplace.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in the sawmill, kilns and other site areas.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and repair PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human Machine Interface) and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) motor controllers.
• Work on 600 Volt equipment such as motors and MCC’s (Motor Control Centers).
• Solving problems and working as part of a team focused on machine reliability and breakdown prevention.
