Based in Manila, this is a transformation-led country CFO mandate for a commercially strong finance leader who can drive business performance, strengthen finance capability and partner effectively with senior leadership. For the right executive, the role offers potential longer-term progression into a broader group finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full finance function across reporting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, tax, audit, governance and compliance
- Drive cash flow, working capital, credit risk, collections and balance sheet discipline
- Partner senior leadership on profitability, commercial terms, contracts, investment decisions and cost management
