Job Description

I am currently looking for a Change Adoption Analyst to provide analytical, planning, and governance support across the technology transformation and change portfolios - including Lending, Online Banking, and cross‑platform initiatives.A key part of this role is to design and mobilise the Benefits Realisation Methodology, particularly focused on Investment Requests.

Requirements:
Support the Change Adoption Manager in overseeing adherence to the change and adoption framework across multiple tech portfolios.

Review project plans and artefacts to ensure adoption activities (comms, training, readiness, impacts) are included and sequenced correctly.

Maintain consolidated reporting dashboards covering adoption readiness, risks, issues, and status summaries for senior leadership.

Define and document the Benefits Realisation Methodology for technology transformation portfolios.
