JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for designing and executing change management strategies to facilitate adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure effective transitions across systems, processes, and organizational structures. Works closely with cross-functional teams to assess impact, align stakeholders, and support readiness through strategic communication and targeted training. Continuously monitors and evaluates change initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to refine approaches and ensure long-term sustainability.
