Change Manager

Capstone are partnering with a renowned business looking to uplift their organisational Change Management capability by onboarding a demonstrated Change Manager. This person will be joining a wider Centre of Excellence and will be hands-on in the end-to-end delivery of change management on enterprise projects, with exposure to global operations.

This is a permanent opportunity & suits someone with 4-5 years of solid Change Management experience looking to grow with the business, delivering project change from end-to-end and influencing a range of internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Execution of all core change management activities throughout the project lifecycle, including change impact analyses, stakeholder analyses, engagement & readiness surveys, and user adoption tracking.
