Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong market knowledge by keeping close contact with customers, understanding their needs, feedback, and perception of the company’s brands.
  • Analyze product performance across different B2B channels and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Scout and evaluate new B2B channels for current and future solutions to drive growth.
  • Drive the strategic direction and market positioning of the company’s Solutions and Bakery Ingredients brands across all key channels.
  • Ensure each brand has a clear and differentiated identity aligned with customer and market needs.
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle from opportunity identification, R&D briefing, market testing, and launch.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Packaging, Operations, Procurement, and Finance) to ensure timely, high-quality product rollouts.
