We are currently hiring a Channel Development & Training Manager for a regional role based in Dubai, within the industrial / heavy vehicle sector. 
This position plays a key role in driving dealer network performance, aftermarket growth, and partner capability development across multiple markets. 
Role Overview This role is responsible for developing and managing the assigned territory to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with channel partners, OEMs, and end users to strengthen dealer capability, expand network coverage, and support long-term aftermarket growth. 
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealer partners 
Support the appointment and onboarding of new dealers in the region 
Monitor dealer performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans
