Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support for Channel Management: Assist the channel manager in handling daily tasks, such as document organization, meeting scheduling, drafting meeting minutes, and following up on assigned tasks, to ensure the smooth progress of channel management.
  • Channel Partner Management: Maintain and update the information and files of channel partners, coordinate communication between the company and partners, promptly convey relevant policies and product information, and maintain a good cooperative relationship.
  • Sales Process Support: Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders and shipping progress, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve simple issues in the sales process, and assist in promoting the completion of orders.
