Job Description

The Channel Lead – Digital & Social is a senior offshore leadership role responsible for owning and scaling digital and social content capability across B2B, B2C, and Provider audiences. This role serves as the enterprise owner for digital and social channels—driving strategy, execution governance, innovation, and performance optimization at scale. Operating in a global, matrixed environment, this role is expected to function with a high degree of autonomy, influence senior stakeholders across geographies, and ensure offshore delivery consistently delivers enterprise-level outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Overall, 13-15 years of experience with 8–10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, social media, or content leadership within large, global organizations.
