Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support business and sales objectives
- Support channel sales and business development teams in product positioning and customer engagement
- Coordinate product promotions, marketing campaigns, and training activities with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and vendor-related processes
- Provide support for vendor, operational, and pre-/post-sales activities
- Prepare regular performance reports for vendors and internal management
- Analyse sales performance and campaign results to identify improvement and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities
