Channel Manager/Relationship Manager

This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with external real estate brokers and channel partners to drive property sales. The ideal candidate will:

  • Onboard train and activate new brokers (locally and internationally)

  • Maintain strong relationships and act as the main point of contact for partner agents

  • Ensure compliance with agreements and performance tracking

  • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for sales enablement

  • Organize broker events property tours and launch campaigns

  • Track market activity and competitor movements to adjust broker strategy

  • Support brand positioning and business growth through broker channels


RequirementsExperience: 5 to 6 years with real estate developers.
Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required...
