Job Description

What You Will Do
  • Execute workflows: Support the design and execution of sales operations workflows and channel processes.
  • Onboarding support: Assist with onboarding tasks for channels, partners, and clients, including documentation and coordination.
  • Pipeline tracking: Maintain pipeline visibility, track opportunity progression, and support reporting.
  • Documentation: Help create and update SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation.
  • Client assessment support: Gather data and support the opportunity assessment and client quality evaluation process.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to support execution and remove minor bottlenecks.
