Corporate Chaplains of America is seeking a mission-driven Bilingual, Spanish speaking Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response services within assigned businesses and organizations.

This role is ideal for individuals with a servant-leadership mindset who are passionate about relational ministry outside traditional church walls. Chaplains serve employees of all backgrounds through caring relationships, emotional support, encouragement, prayer, crisis care, and ongoing workplace presence.
